Born in the Chinese Year of the Pig and I spend a lot of time in the Kitchen. My 4th child has food allergies and I'm determined that she should eat cake! In their purest form the recipes are egg free, dairy free & gluten free, but they can be adapted to suit your allergy. Hope the recipes help, allergies are a pain in the *%@*$£! aren't they?
